A couple weeks ago, LunarBot (a bot that has a few useful utilities on the Discord server) was silently upgraded. Functionally, it’s the same as it’s been. But this upgrade is significant because LunarBot now has memory, whereas before it could only react to select bits of user input.
So, with this newfound power, we obviously have a few things we would like to implement such as the ability to rate songs straight from the Discord server. Some people have tried out the !rate function only to find a plain message explaining how the bot just couldn’t handle the complexity needed behind the scenes to make such a function work… well, it said that in simpler terms anyway.
